CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM?
We offer a refund or exchange on any item, purchased online, within 14 days of receipt when returned in all original packaging this includes pillow box with original labels attached.
Items will not be refunded if any of the following apply:
1) worn, washed, soiled, altered or damaged in anyway.
2)Goods returned after the 14 day period will not be accepted for a return. Anyone that returns goods after the 14 days will be notified that their refund will not be accepted and they will be liable for the postage costs to have the goods returned to them.

If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable or you have changed your mind, the cost of postage when returning the goods is to be paid by you.
